Most of our patients arrive on a colleague's recommendation, and we treat that as something to be earned rather than assumed. Your patient is assessed by Catherine personally, you are kept informed at every stage, and they come back to you for their general care.

How to refer
Radiographs and photographs are welcome but not required. We will take our own records at assessment.

Send patient details and a brief note on the presenting concern. Attach radiographs if you have recent ones. We will contact the patient directly to arrange their assessment.

If you would rather talk a case through before deciding whether to refer, ring the practice and ask for Catherine. She will call you back between patients.

Your patient stays your patient.
We provide orthodontic care and nothing else. No general dentistry, no hygiene appointments, no check ups. Patients are reminded throughout treatment that they must continue seeing you for their routine care, and where oral hygiene is not holding up, we will say so and send them back to you.
If a case needs extractions, they are done by you unless you would prefer otherwise.
